We're the largest student-driven graduate recruitment awards event in the world. Over the course of the event, we'll count over 100,000 individual votes, welcome 1,000 distinguished guests on the night and present 30 fiercely-competed trophies.

Graduate Employer
of the Year 2012

The climax of the evening is the Graduate Employer of the Year Award, sponsored by Bernard Hodes Group, and this most prestigious award is ONLY open to shortlisted organisations. This is your chance to stand up in front of more than 900 of your peers at Grosvenor House in April and proclaim your triumph!

If you have been told by TARGETjobs that you are on an award shortlist, you can enter for this special award any time from now until the closing date of 15 March 2012. And it's really simple AND FREE to enter. You only need to do TWO things:

  • One – complete a short online application form here.
  • Two – submit at least 6 Graduate View Reports from recent graduate joiners. Their answers will help to decide the winner of the award.

We need to receive both your online application form and Graduate View Reports by 15 March 2012. Final judging of the Award is by an independent panel of judges. The shortlist will be notified in late March and the winner will be announced on the night of the TARGETjobs Awards on April 4, 2012.
